The Supreme Court rejected a “request for clarification” from a member of the social organization Tupac Amarusentenced together with Milagro Sala in the cause known as “Pibes Villeros”.
This is Gladis Noemí Díaz, sentenced to six years in prison as “the material author and responsible for the crime of illicit association in his capacity as a member thereof; in real competition with the crime of Fraud to the detriment of the Public Administration, as a secondary participation”.
Díaz’s lawyer, Marcelo Elías, had submitted a request for “clarification” after the highest court resolved on December 16 of last year to ratify all the sentences, including that of Milagro Sala, 13 years in prison.
The judges unanimously reject the petition.

The four judges of court interpret, by unanimitythat lawyer Elias’s request was, strictly speaking, a kind of appeal against that judgment.
“The decisions of this Court are not, in principle, subject to any appeal.without any strictly exceptional assumption being configured in the case that justifies deviating from such a doctrine”, the brief resolution maintains.
“Thus, the submission dated December 21, 2022 is rejected. Notify yourself and abide by what is duly resolved by the Court, ”adds the document.
In fact, the ruling means a ratification of that decision adopted by the highest court in its last agreement of 2022.
