Study confirms that working four days a week reduces stress and increases productivity

The “4 Day Week Campaign” (campaign of four days a week) is a trial, in which 61 UK companies participated. And according to the Cambridge University report, the employees they improved their quality of life as the sleep increase and the stress reductioneven increased their productivity.
