In the annex to the Regulation, it was also clarified that electronic or digital prescriptions have a validity of 30 days in the case of medicines and 60 days for other prescriptions (internships, studies, benefits), unless otherwise provided, and can also be extended for chronic treatments for prolonged periods of up to 90 days, as established by Resolution 27/2022 of the Ministry of Health.
