Annoyed by a bad experience in a gastronomic establishment, the writer leila guerrero wrote a column in the newspaper The countryfrom Spain, in which he detailed the anger he felt when he approached a business in Palermo to buy vegan pasta.

She explained the concept to me (vegan pasta), she told me the same thing that was read on the glass: ‘We are from Wednesday to Sunday from 11 to 6 ′. Immediately afterwards, he explained the bad moment that happened: “The pasta was exquisite. The next day I woke up at seven, started editing a book. At four, since I still had several hours of work to do, I took a break and went shopping. I took my cart, walked 10 blocks to the pasta house. There they were: the kneaders, the jovial girl. That she barely raised her face from the phone and she told me: ‘Is closed’. I told him: ‘On the glass they say they open at 11. And yesterday you told me…’ ‘It’s closed, today we will open at six‘. I saw what she saw: a lady with a cart, a housewife who goes out to do the shopping after watching the soap opera. Something that, perhaps for her, is the devil reincarnation (For me it is not)”.
